Connecting the existing buildings

At the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) a new building has been erected which houses the Faculty of Technology (2015). The vision for the building has been to create a connection to the existing buildings on campus. At the same time, there has been a focus on energy, indoor climate and sustainability.

Rockfon ceilings in many variants

ROCKFON ceilings in many variants are installed throughout the building. ROCKFON Mono Acoustic is seen as the first in the entrance area and atrium and with the beautiful round windows the white ceiling lifts completely without joints says the copper staircase in the middle. The next staircase takes the form of a mountain that contains everything from copy space to shop classrooms. All rooms are different colors; floors, walls and ceilings are a precise color match in every room. The ceilings are ROCKFON Color-all geared in special colors. The ROCKFON Sonar C and X gives a stylish look under brother as well as the long hallways along the open office space. At the same time of the building's offices is furnished with ROCKFON Sonar Z, which with its sharp lines before the view of the view and the graphic facade.
