The vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by Scandinavian-inspired materials and design choices, fosters productivity and creativity.

Infusing Energy and Vitality

One of the distinguishing features of Arena by Schage is its commitment to infusing energy and vitality into the workspace. Ingvild Skonseng Bjerketvedt, Project Manager at Schage, explains the design approach, "We wanted more liveliness and to use colours to create energy and give a 'good feeling' to those who would be using the area." Organic shapes, vibrant colours, and engaging artwork all contribute to a playful and stimulating environment that inspires a positive work experience.

Nature-Inspired Designs

Skøyen Atrium draws inspiration from the natural beauty of Norway, incorporating nature-themed designs that bring the outdoors inside. Mesta, the leading company in road and railway operations, chose Skøyen Atrium as its head office, further emphasising the connection with nature. CBRE, the interior architect, explains their collaboration with Mesta, "Through several workshops together with Mesta, we found the right elements and qualities that fit into a Norwegian nature-inspired design." Various zones within the building emulate the calming influence of the coast and the serenity of the forest, enhancing well-being and fostering productivity.

Sustainability: A Commitment to a Greener Future

Skøyen Atrium not only prioritises exceptional design but also places a strong emphasis on sustainability. The project's commitment to environmental responsibility is evident in their recycling and waste reduction efforts. They aim for a sorting rate of over 90% and strive to keep waste levels below 25kg/m2 throughout production. Schage Eiendom's Miljøfyrtårn certification highlights their dedication to eco-friendly practices.

Skøyen Atrium offers more than just office spaces; it provides an enhanced work experience that combines inspiration, functionality, and sustainability.
